She was patient with me while I changed my license and registration but told me what would be the best thing for me to do before I changed the plan. She also held me accountable and told me she would cal back in 2 weeks in case I hadn’t done it so definitely helped me cross things off my list. She was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and engaging every time I spoke with her.
